A research paper for InternetNZ and the Vodafone New Zealand Foundation. The purpose of this research was to uncover the biggest obstacles to digital inclusion, and what will be most effective at reducing digital exclusion. Out of the Maze is based on focus groups and in-depth interviews and is focused on listening and learning from those with lived experience of digital exclusion.
